POLICIES & PROCEDURES

STUDIO BOOKING POLICY :

 

  • 2-HOUR MINIMUM REQUIRED TO BOOK A SESSION.

  • SESSIONS ARE BILLED FROM BOOKED START TIME, NOT FROM WHEN CLIENTS ARRIVE.  

  • IT IS RECOMMENDED TO BOOK YOUR SESSIONS IN ADVANCE DUE TO HIGH VOLUMES.

  • RECORDING TIME WILL BE STOPPED BEFORE THE DESIGNATED TIME TO ALLOW TRANSFER OF MEDIA TO THE CLIENT. (APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE SESSION IS OVER.)

  • WHEN BOOKING BE PREPARED TO GIVE YOUR DESIRED

PAYMENT POLICY :

  • WE ACCEPT CASH 

  • DEBIT OR CREDIT - (YOU MUST PROVIDE A PHOTO ID THAT MATCHES THE NAME ON THE CARD USED FOR PAYMENT.)

  • WE NO LONGER ACCEPT: CASH APP, VENMO, PAYPAL, OR ZELLE

  • PAYMENT DUE IN FULL ON FIRST DAY OF SERVICE FOR ANY SCHEDULED BLOCK THAT SPANS MULTIPLE DAYS 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL AT LEAST 8 HOURS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF YOUR SESSION OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE OF $25

NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY:

 

  • A “NO CALL NO SHOW ” IS AN OCCURRENCE WHERE SOMEONE DOES NOT SHOW UP FOR A SESSION AND DOES NOT CALL IN ADVANCE TO MAKE US AWARE OF THE CANCELLATION. 

  • WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR “NO CALL NO SHOW”  AND WILL NOT BOOK ANY CLIENT WHO CHOOSES TO DO SO  

 

LIABILITY:

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR FILES!!!

  • IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU COME EQUIPPED WITH A HARD DRIVE SO THAT WE MAY PROVIDE YOU WITH THE RECORDINGS YOU ARE PAYING FOR! 

  • THE CLIENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO HOUSE OF DREAMS STUDIOS PROPERTY INCURRED BY THE CLIENT, EMPLOYEES OF THE CLIENT, GUESTS OF THE CLIENT, OR AGENTS OF THE CLIENT ACTING UNDER THE CLIENT'S INSTRUCTION AS A RESULT OF MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, AND/OR CARELESSNESS.
